Ryan Cassata talking about gender and identity policing in the “FTM” community in the context of having long hair.

He talks a lot about how he still passes; therefore, it shouldn’t matter. He does say that whatever you want to do is whatever you want to do, so that was nice. I do want to say that it doesn’t matter whether or not you “pass” in that it doesn’t warrant being bullied by your own community if that’s the community you identify with. 

This is something I’ve dealt with a lot and I have talked about a lot on here. Anyway, I feel like this could be really affirming for some folks who read this.
