I drew this in class yesterday to distract me from feeling guilty about not doing the reading so it’s super messy & I don’t know if I really like it. I’m kind of bad of putting my feelings into words, especially when it comes to drawing descriptions, but it kind of came out of the fact that those of us that are socialized as female are taught to treat confidence in each other as imposing/threatening/”bitchy” as a part of the larger ideology that women should be in constant competition with each other rather than treating a diversity of self-established beauty as a way to empower ourselves, and that it is necessary to demean others based on that. So I dunno.
